Mayonnaise
It has been my observation that Americans just cannot get enough mayonnaise. It is a staple of hundreds, if not thousands, of dressings and sauces.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp white vinegar
- ½ Tsp Dry Mustard Powder
- ¼ Tsp salt
- 2 cups Olive Oil
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients to room temperature before blending.
- Combine eggs, vinegar, mustard powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix with a food processor.
- Pour oil in very slowly, with the processor running, until mayonnaise is smooth.
