I find inspiration in the world around me, whether through the pages of a captivating novel, the intricate details of typography, or the vibrant hues of nature during my outdoor escapades.

Employment experience

Labor is entitled to all that it creates. The manufacturing industry never deserved me yet I gave them 15 good years of my life. The service industry is my choice, and the tech industry is suffering from the imbalance of its own exuberance. They used the opportunity to talk about how my community is full of drug addicts from the comfort of their ivory tower, but how hard is your job, really, when someone who spent all day in a kitchen can come home and figure out the technical details of your glorious career?

The difference between myself and a suit is that I was raised on hard work. The class war is real. I spent 10 1/2 years working for billionaires. I'm not impressed by people desperately trying to hold onto the middle-class.

    Built orders from start to finish while maintaining standards of quality.
    Wrapped and shipped out orders using FedEx and UPS by afternoon deadline.
    Collaborated with management to deliver custom orders to customers.
    Gained hands-on experience with various sewing machines and industrial roundsling machines.

    Westport Yachts, Port Angeles, WA
    2007 - 2017

    Coordinated scheduling for on-time delivery by moving products through department efficiently.
    Trained new employees to reach the standards of sanding and painting Westport was known for.
    Drove company vehicles to effectively deliver goods and parts to various facilities.
    Operated forklifts and scissor-lifts without incidents. Safety Chair from 2016-2017.

Education

Access to higher education has been a barrier against my aspirations for most of my adult life. My willingness to self-educate is a feasible solution to the alternative that is waiting for so-called polite society to recognize me and lift me up out of poverty based on my merits.

Description:

Developed an Astro template in an effort to better understand the technology behind Astro.js. I also created a custom component library to help me build reusable components.

Role:

I oversaw the entire development process from concept to execution. I implemented dark and light modes, bootstrap framework, and a contact form with a honeypot and recaptcha.

Description

I created a blog within my Astro project to allow for regular updates to my writing. I also created more custom components to implement certain blog technologies like tags, categories, and headliner images.

Role

I oversaw the entire process from the instructions left in the Astro documentation. I also created necessary page templates to allow for quicker writing from within markdown files.
